Through a combination of lectures, discussion, case studies, and hands-on activities, participants will have the opportunity to deepen their understanding of shared leadership and its significance in inclusive schools. They will also have the opportunity to reflect on their own leadership practices and to develop a plan for promoting shared leadership in their own schools.   • Developing strategies to encourage collaboration and teamwork

  • Discussing the role of conflict resolution in shared leadership


Day 4

  • Observing the shared leadership model in action
