Through a combination of lectures, discussion, case studies, and hands-on activities, participants will have the opportunity to deepen their understanding of shared leadership and its significance in inclusive schools. They will also have the opportunity to reflect on their own leadership practices and to develop a plan for promoting shared leadership in their own schools. This course is an essential resource for educators who are committed to promoting inclusivity and equity in their schools.

  • Understanding the key components of a collaborative culture in inclusive schools

  • Developing strategies to encourage collaboration and teamwork

  • Discussing how to create a supportive environment for all stakeholders

Day 3 

  • Developing effective communication skills for inclusive schools

  • Understanding the importance of active listening in inclusive schools

  • Discussing the role of conflict resolution in shared leadership


Day 4

  • Observing the shared leadership model in action

  • Case studies with teachers, principals and students

  • Participating in workshops and discussions on shared leadership

  • Discussing the practical steps for implementing shared leadership in inclusive schools

  • Developing action plans for incorporating shared leadership in school practices
